We started shopping for our retirement home 2 years ago in the 300 to 350 thousand price range and after many trips up to Redding from the Bay area, and a very long and problematic escrow on the house we (were selling), we finally bought in a price range of 200 to 250 thousand (quite a bit lower than the original). Robert was just as pleasant and wonderfully helpful the last day as he was on the first day. I personally would have given up after a year. Thank God Robert stuck with us through all the ups and downs.
